Swim Active Recovery Session ~45-60min

*after I’ve had a chance to see your swim technique I can provide more guidance on your swimming progressions
Will have to skip the swim one more time, as the tattoo still not healed up 100%. Will go for an easy Roadbike session tomorrow and maybe some relaxed bouldering.
This weeks training was really great. Positions feeling better already and there were NO pains at all. Didn’t feel my elbow a single time. Think we can progress in upper body work 🙂
