Rest Day because of Sickness (sore throat, little cold, overall not too bad)

Done for immune system/recovery:

– bresthing work to move blood

– easy resistance compex to move blood/lymph

– walk in the sun for 45-60 minutes

– uptick in anti inflammatory foods like ginger, garlic, etc..

– oregano-oil fasted under tongue AM

– liquid liposomal Vit C – 2 gramm

– glutamine and bonebroth to optimize digestion

– nap during the day
