Was so motivated to finally get into the pool today and then all pools in vienna are closed. National holiday today in Austria. I will do an easy swim-session this week on Saturday and the Drills on Wednesday when the pools are not that full.
Did some easy C2 Bike recovery with movement and active day overall. Recovery practices done.
